How do I install the add-in?

You can find the add-in in the Microsoft AppSource Marketplace by searching for Excelendar.

In order to use the add-in, you must sign up for a 2 week free trial and then pay for a subscription, where you will have multiple plans to choose from. Note that the add-in is not available for personal users; it is only available for work accounts that have a license which includes Exchange Online.
